Position Summary

The Party Host is responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for guests during birthday parties and special events. This role serves as the primary point of contact for party guests, ensuring events run smoothly from setup to cleanup. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, outgoing, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in party guests upon arrival

  • Lead party activities, games, or event timelines

  • Serve food, beverages, and cake as needed

  • Assist with decorations and party setup/cleanup

  • Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times

  • Coordinate with team members to keep events running smoothly

  • Communicate with parents/party organizers regarding schedule and needs

  • Maintain a clean, organized party area

  • Provide an enthusiastic and engaging experience for children and guests

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or currently enrolled (preferred)

  • Previous experience working with children or in hospitality (preferred)

  • Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Available to work weekends and flexible hours

Compensation: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
