Position Summary

Position Summary

The Pizza Field Specialist is responsible for executing high-quality food production while maintaining speed, accuracy, and food safety standards. This role plays a critical part in delivering a consistent Allstar experience by preparing pizzas, calzones, and other menu items with precision and urgency.

Core Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Execution

  •  Prepare pizzas, calzones, and menu items according to Allstar recipes and standards 
  •  Ensure proper portioning, topping distribution, and presentation 
  •  Maintain product consistency across all orders 
  •  Follow correct cooking procedures (dough doneness, oven timing, etc.) 
Quality Control

  •  Ensure all food meets quality standards before leaving the kitchen 
  •  Use correct ingredients and follow “Use First” (FIFO) procedures 
  •  Identify and correct mistakes before orders are completed 
Speed & Efficiency

  •  Maintain urgency during all shifts, especially peak hours 
  •  Execute orders in a timely manner without sacrificing quality 
  •  Stay proactive with prep (dough, toppings, stock levels) 
Cleanliness & Organization

  •  Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized at all times 
  •  Properly manage flour usage and clean up immediately after use 
  •  Follow all sanitation and cleanliness standards 
Food Safety & Compliance

  •  Follow all food safety guidelines (no bare-hand contact, proper glove use, handwashing) 
  •  Maintain proper food storage and temperature control 
  •  Adhere to all health and safety regulations 
Teamwork & Communication

  •  Communicate clearly with team members and leaders during shifts 
  •  Support teammates to ensure smooth operations 
  •  Take direction from Shift Captains and leadership 
Performance Expectations

  •  Consistent adherence to recipes and procedures 
  •  Demonstrates urgency and strong work ethic 
  •  Maintains clean and organized workstation 
  •  Follows FIFO and food safety standards without exception 
  •  Contributes positively to team culture and operations 
Qualifications

  •  Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred (not required) 
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions 
  •  Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented 
Physical Requirements

  •  Ability to stand for extended periods 
  •  Ability to lift up to 30 lbs 
  •  Comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment
